What is the facination teen girls have with tatoos?
Recently spent the day at a local water park and was amazed by the number of teenage girls with tattoos on various parts of their body. The inner-thigh tattoo leading toward the crotch was most vulgar. So unattractive! Why has there been a surge in teens permanently marking their body?
