Can someone please tell me how you can spin this when it's coming out of their own mouths?

The people on here that are saying President Obama followed up on what Bush was doing are 100% wrong. Bush pretty much forget Bin Laden and put all his focus on Iraq. President Obama campaigned months before he was even elected that America needed to to the focus back on getting Bin Laden and not continue doing surges in Iraq.
