Should I believe obama any longer?

Didnt he tell me that he was going to change Washington politics? Didnt he tell me that I would see ALL bills on the internet before being passed? Didnt he tell me unemployment wouldnt get higher than 8%? Didnt he tell me that 500,000 jobs will be created every month? Didnt he tell me that there are 1000's of shovel ready jobs? Didnt he tell me that he will make the hard decisions regarding spending cuts? Didnt he tell me that he will governed by being bi-partisan? Didnt he tell me that Afganistan is the important war to win? He didnt tell me that he would ignore the constitution. He didnt tell me that he would resist proposing an economic budget for my country. He didnt tell me that he supports other country's leaders to bash Americans and state leaders. Why should I believe Mr Obama telling me anything?
