Weight lifting.....when to seek medical attention.?

So I just started going back to the gym after a 1 year break. For some reason, instead of taking it easy, I jumped right back into what I used to lift a year ago (and its quite a bit). I know all about MODS but the pain I have been experiencing for the past 72 hours is far worse then any I have ever experienced. Its almost near impossible for me to willing move my left arm and when I do a surge of pain follows.....should I seek medical attention?
