A school janitor took a picture of my friend and I sitting down and threatened to send it to the police?

One day, a friend and I were doing parkour at the local high school, and we decided to sit down and take a break. The school's janitors had been watching us the whole time but didn't say anything. When we sat down to take a break one of the janitors drove up behind us in the golf cart and waited for us to turn around then took a picture of us. He said he was going to send the picture to the police. Is there even anything that he could do with that picture in regards to the police that would get us in trouble?
