600W Corsair PSU quit working after a bad storm, is there any way to fix it, what can i do?

If it's dead, it's dead. I don't think a PSU is one of those things you can take apart and fix yourself. You are lucky it was just the PSU. I lost my last computer in a really bad lightening storm a few months ago. >.>
