PSN helpppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I'm trying to change my password but my psn current email is lockout (some1 hacked my email n started to send thousands of spam mail so I lost this email) I call SONY about this and they did the whole password rest through email thing asking me for my ps3 barcode etc... I told them that I need to change my Sign-in email cuz my old one is LOCKOUT I been wait for about 9 DAYS now and I haven't gotten my PASSWORD email on my new EMAIL ACCOUNT. I'm scard that they took my info wrong n I'm wondering if I should call SONY again to clear it out?
