If Axis Germany won the war, how might their military evolve?

I actually think in this situation Germany would beat Britain and possibly Russia to the atomic bomb. Russia kidnapped or bribed many Nazi scientists to come to the Soviet Union to help develop the Atomic bomb so if Germany had won they would have most likely stayed in Germany and used their talents there. Also I think with the way that WW2 started and many of its motives further war would be unavoidable. Though it may be peaceful for a while they would have wanted to expand more and continue what they had started. Also there probably would have been a 3 way cold war after the war.
