Help regarding PTU admission..?

i got admission into a gud institute during first btech counselling by PTU. i hav deposited all essential documents and also my fees. bt yestrdy, i registered for the fee waiver scheme (FWS) bt didnt fill any choices. plz tell me that even if i hav registerd for the FWS, will my previously alloted seat be cancelled or nt?? plz note that i hav nt filled any choice of college and there is no chance of getting a seat.
