Do all these parts go together to make a working computor?

No. You need DDR3 RAM. Furthermore, there's a perfectly good sound card integrated on the motherboard. The motherboard's an AM3-socket motherboard - and the processor you've chosen is not an AM3-socket processor. You'll need an AMD processor to get an AM3-socket processor. I'm unsure about the power supply - though the ATI Radeon HD 6790 1GB needs at least 500W, I'd go for slightly more, just to make sure. Say, a CoolerMaster Silent Pro M600. Don't go for a Green hard drive as your system drive - they're not really made for that. Go for something like a WD Caviar Black 1TB or something as your system drive.
