Quick question regarding entry into navy?

My recruiter said that I have to go through a medical inspection with him. In his closet he has a chair and he said I have to remove my clothes and he has to perform tests on me. He said it was nessacary to enter navy. Are the tests going to hurt? I'm nervous. Any advice?
