What is the app that allows you to change your number and disguise your voice for androids?

I had it on my g1 but upgraded to a g2 and I can not remember what website i scanned the barcode at to download. I know it is not on the marketplace, but it is some website. I used the barcode scanner to take scan a code and download to my phone. Thanks for any help
