Tattoo idea to memoralize my brother... HELP!?

my brother passed away in 2006, im trying to think of a unique and meanigful way to memoralize him through a tattoo... i was thinking something in latin across my chest and a birth and death date with his name. i was also thinking about a barcode on the back of my neck with his birth and death date as the numbers in the barcode... any help at all would be greatly appricieated his name was Andrew "Andy" Schoonover, R.I.P. Bro........... Sorry about my grammar or if i misspelled anything.
