My Computer broke down?

okey so my computer broke down... Power Surge... or what ever... Mobo Dvd Drive HD everything broke down!! i just bought this thing like 6 weeks ago... i'm curious... If a power surge messed it up... does my Warranty cover that..? I have a MSI MOBO... ASUS Dvd Drive... and a... Seagate Hard Drive... HELP PLEASE ):
